Entre Cádiz, Madrid y Sevilla conciben su nuevo trabajo Plan Perfecto (2014), primer largo después de 3 EP's, con nueve cortes donde poder encontrar guitarreo bailable como en el tridente inicial ("Quieres guerra", "Fuego rojo Moscú", "Tu y yo"); baladones como la conmovedora "La última invasión" -con solo final monumental incluido-, o la acústica "Miedo", derivando hacia la épica; el medio tiempo popero "Ojos de Huracán"; la regañina melódica "El Rugido del León", maravillosa... y mucho, mucho más.

Morgantown, West Virginia's Goodwolf is the solo project of Sleepwalker’s Tyler Grady, who like me, has a deep-seeded love for 90's alt-rock with a slight lean towards the more melodic side of life. Car In The Woods (2014) is the follow-up to their 2012 debut Shitty Kids. Out now via Twin Cousins Records, Car In The Woods radiates an Icky Mettle era Archers of Loaf vibe right off the bat which hooks me in quickly.

Grady's songwriting echoes a lo-fi slackerness and doesn't hang it's hat on metaphors to get the point across. "I'm in a good mood, I'm in a bad mood, and that's that. This is good stuff". The album opening track, "St. Someone Else" is the perfect way to get things going.
